General Information

Doch2 has made it its mission to protect your game accounts. To prevent you from becoming a victim of account theft or other fraud methods, we have compiled some important tips for you. Nevertheless, if this happens to you, you can learn what to do here.

Account Sharing

Account sharing means allowing someone else to play on your account or playing on someone else's account. Even if you trust that person, sharing your account information puts you at risk. To be completely safe, you must completely avoid account sharing.

Additionally, you should know that players who share their accounts are violating our terms of service. When it is proven that a player's account is used by multiple people, the player receives a warning and support is cut off. Players who share their accounts cannot claim any rights for items and characters lost in the game.

Fake Pages and Phishing Emails

Many websites and emails advertise free Dragon Coins, quick level ups, free items, GM rights, hacks, etc.

Use your account information for Doch2 only on the official website: https://www.doch2.com/

Other pages can easily find your password and take over your account.

An example of a fake page:

Fake Site Example

Malicious Software (Malware/Keylogger)

Do not download programs or browse suspicious websites that promise you many game-related advantages.

These programs usually contain Keyloggers and record everything you type, including your account information, and send it to the program's owner.
Use up-to-date Antivirus Programs and keep your system updated. You can find more information here: PC Security

Fake Gamemaster

Some players claim to be GMs or Technicians, etc. and claim there is an error in your account to access your account information or make various promises.

However, no GM, Technician, Developer, etc. who is a member of the Doch2 Team will ever try to learn your password.

If someone tries to find out, please inform us and never tell them your account information even if they claim they will close your account. Such threats are always bluffs.

Email Password/Messenger

Do not give your email address and Messenger account information to others either. If someone knows your email password, they can easily take your account.

We strongly recommend using a unique password that you do not use anywhere else and is specific to Doch2.
