Help! What should I do if I'm a victim of theft or fraud?
Tips that will help you if your account has been stolen:
Apply these steps if you notice you cannot log into your account or if there are changes to your account while you are not online:
1. Change your password immediately via https://www.doch2.com.
2. If you cannot log into your account, contact Doch2 Support Team as soon as possible.
You can reach the Support Team via Discord.
3. Answer the Support Team's questions and provide all necessary information.
4. This process may take some time. Please wait for the instructions provided by the Support Team. 5. Try to learn how your account was compromised, you can access several methods we have listed via From the Login section. Take precautions to prevent it from happening again.
If you have been a victim of fraud, please follow these steps:
1. Take a screenshot of the transaction and agreement you made.
2. Contact the Support Team via Discord and explain the situation.
3. The relevant team members will handle this situation and inform you.
How do I take a screenshot?
1. In the game, press the Print Screen (or Print Screen, Print Scrn, Prt Sc) key on your keyboard.
2. Your screenshot will be saved to the "Screenshots" folder in Doch2's installation directory.
3. You can upload the screenshot from this folder to a free external image upload site. You can use Pic Upload (https://hizliresim.com/) or any other host to upload. 4. After uploading the screenshot, copy the link and send it to us.
5. If the screenshot is not larger than 512 KB, you can also upload it through the Support System.
Precautions
Atypical Passwords
Create a password that has nothing to do with you. Weak passwords contain your birth date, name, region name, hobbies, etc. Do not use such passwords!

If you see fake pages or encounter someone trying to learn your account information, report it immediately via Discord.
